Carolyn Laray has been the tourism manager for St. Mary's county for the past seven years. Prior to that, Ms. Laray was the executive director of the Historic Sotterley Foundation and an art curator in Washington, D.C. She is a longtime resident of St. Mary's County and has served on several boards including the St. Mary's County Historical Society and the Chamber Orchestra of Southern Maryland.
