F. Grove Miller is a retired dairy farmer and president of Farmers & Mechanics Fire Insurance Company. Miller is also president of the Cecil County Breeders Fair and serves on the Maryland 4-H Foundation Board, the Cecil College Foundation Board, and the University of Maryland Agriculture Advisory Board, and is also chairman of the Maryland State Fair and Agricultural Society. A former member of the UMD Board of Regents, Miller received commendations from Spiro Agnew, Harry Hughes, and William Donald Schaefer, is an Epsilon Sigma Pi honorary member, and was part of a farm family inducted into the Maryland Agriculture Hall of Fame.
