George-Anne Fay of Anne Arundel County is president of Fay Associates Inc. and a motivational speaker and seminar leader on the topics of management and administration, sales, and customer service. Fay is past president of the DC chapter of the National Speakers Association, Small Business Person of the Year for the State of Maryland, delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business, and a published author of three books. An avid antiques buff, auction-goer, and water lover, Fay resides in Annapolis.
