Heidi Lippy Sprinkle introduces herself as a "farmer's daughter from Carroll County." A stay-at-home mom and full time volunteer, she most recently served as an admissions officer in independent schools in Harford and Cecil Counties. Also an avid equestrian, she has now rejoined the ranks of horse ownership. Happily back home on the farm in Hampstead, she and her husband Mark are raising three daughters and enjoying everything fabulous Carroll County has to offer!
