Rebecca (Becky) McClarran believes in giving back to her community. Vice president of and partner at McClarran and Williams Inc., an advertising/public-relations company, she is also a board member and VP of Queen City Performing Arts Development, a board member and VP of the Allegany County Animal Shelter Management Foundation, promotions chair of the downtown Cumberland Business Association, and program chair of the Rotary Club of Cumberland. Married 32 years with three children, McClarran also works with the Coalition for a Drug Free Community and created a special event—"Today Is the Day"—to promote drug awareness in Allegany County.
