Tom Newcomer is the owner of R. Bruce Carson Jewelers, a fine retail jeweler in Hagerstown. Tom holds a MBA in Finance and a Graduate Gemology degree. He is involved in a number of community organizations and has served as Chair of the Hagerstown Washington County Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Hagerstown Committee, the Hagerstown-Washington County Economic Development Commission, the United Way Campaign in 2007-2008 and the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts. Tom resides with his wife, Esther, and daughter, Ashley, in Hagerstown.
