Tom Roland is chief of parks for the Charles County Government and happily shares his love of the county's abundance of natural resources and outdoor recreation opportunities. Roland is a recipient of the Governor's Citation for outstanding service in the field of parks and the delivery of leisure services. He and his wife, who was responsible for bringing professional bass fishing to the Potomac River, are happy to call Charles County their home.
