Winifred Roche is originally from the Eastern Shore, but now serves as tourism manager for Harford County. An active member of Maryland's tourism industry for more than 14 years, Roche feels it was quite an accomplishment to have simultaneously raised a newborn and a new tourism program in Harford County.
