Have you ever wanted to explore the elegant homes in Ocean City? Well now you can during the 6th Annual Sand Castle Home Tour.
The self-guided tour showcases 10 houses including the Meeks home complete with a custom elevator made from materials formerly in the Smithsonian; the Dimick house with its lavish furnishings and a pool overlooking the Ocean City skyline; and the Hamilton residence, which features a grand front porch just made for rocking and watching beachgoers walking along Baltimore Avenue.
This year’s event takes place September 23rd and 24th from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets cost $25 and are available by calling the Art League of Ocean City (ALOC) at 410-524-9433 or online at www.artleagueofoceancity.org. There is also a cocktail party on September 15th from 6-8 p.m. at Frescos in Ocean City to kick-off the event. Tickets for the cocktail party cost $75 and are also available through ALOC.
