Come to Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge near Cambridge, MD for the 13th Annual Eagle Festival on Saturday, March 9, 2013 from 9 am to 4 pm. All activities are free and include something for the whole family. Blackwater is home to one of the largest breeding populations of bald eagles in the eastern United States. Programs and exhibits will provide an up-close look at live birds of prey, including eagles, owls and falcons! Activities for the kids include make and take crafts, a puppet show, and a youth archery range! Tour the refuge with expert guides to help you spot eagles and other wildlife.
