The Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore will host the 2nd Annual “Shamrock Shindig,” a St. Patrick’s Day event with live music by Barleyjuice, food trucks, beverages, Shamrock Alley for kids, stilt walkers, a strolling leprechaun and more! Shamrock Shindig will get everyone in the festive spirit for the 58th Annual St. Patrick’s Day parade, which kicks off at 2:00 p.m.
