            <p class="lead">Since 2005, Dr. Ernest P. Boger has served as Chairman of the Bachelors Degree Department of Hotel &amp; Restaurant Management (HRM) at the University of Maryland Eastorn Shore (UMES) in Princess Anne with a satellite operation at the Universities at Shady Grove (USG) in Rockville.  Prior to UMES, Boger held similar positions at Universities in Florida, South Carolina, Bahamas, Jamaica and Texas.  Additionally, he is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and has held General Manager responsibilities for properties in Texas and Jamaica.  Also, he has written over 100 articles on Travel/Tourism/Hospitality over the last 30 years.</p>

            <p class="lead">Jennifer's passion and profession is art.  She co-owns the Troika Gallery in Easton, Maryland with two other professional artists where they represent thirty-two regional, national, and international artists.  The gallery also has a working studio where she and her partners do allot of paintings by commissions, mostly portraiture.  She also has illustrated seven children's books as well as many articles for magazines and newspapers.</p>

            <p class="lead">Mary Jo Jablonski is the Executive Director for the Elkton Chamber and Alliance, Inc.  The Elkton Chamber and Alliance also manages the Main Street program and the Arts and Entertainment District for the Town of Elkton.  She is also an Elkton Town Commissioner, and has recently taken on some extra duties as the part-time Interim Director for the Cecil County Boys &amp; Girls Club.  She is on many committees including the Cecil County Tourism.  She likes to stay busy and be involved with many things.</p>

          <title>Donna Tully Dudley</title>

            <p class="lead">Donna has served as Charles County's Chief of Tourism since January 2008.  For the previous five years, she served as Executive Director of the Four Rivers Heritage Area based in Annapolis, where she developed several award-winning heritage tourism products, administered over $1 million in grants, and Co-Chaired the Maryland Coalition of Heritage Areas. Originally from Connecticut, Donna received bachelor's and master's degrees in U.S. History at the college level, and worked as a curator at Dumbarton House in Georgetown and at the U.S. Navy's flagship museum on the Washington Navy Yard.  Donna lives with her husband, a naval and maritime historian, in southern Anne Arundel County and enjoys sailing on the Chesapeake Bay out of the West River with her spoiled rotten Samoyed dogs.</p>
