Jennifer Keats Curtis, a lifelong Marylander, is the editor-at-large for Maryland Life and a children's author. Her all-time favorite story for Maryland Life was about "The Top 10 Marylanders Who Have Changed the Face of Our Great State." "I was awestruck, proud, motivated and inspired by the women on this list," she says. Jennifer credits her work at Maryland Life for making her feel more patriotic about the state.
